Considering a break from Hgh to let my receptors respond better . I have taken breaks before and have had success wen I jumped back on. We will see.

I am only asking because of myself I Gotta cut for 6 weeks, if I get too low in body for too long I am afraid of losing...

I am only asking because of myself I Gotta cut for 6 weeks, if I get too low in body for too long I am afraid of losing...
So far I'm down 15 lbs.mostly fat ,I'm gunna try to maintain this and in a few weeks really harden up then I'll chik out put a little bit on and be comfy,then I'll hit the methyltren and halo ! At least that's the plan.

We all respond to things differently, I'm 5'8" 210 now . Mtren scares me too... it may not even come to that by if I need it it's there.

PecDec single arm movement high focus on contractions 3 × 14

Incline bb pyramid up 6 sets 14-10 reps and a final set burn out pyramid down till failure

Incline db flys heavy and with full stretch from beginning to contraction at completion. 4 sets 14-10reps

Seated flat press machine 4 x 12

Pullovers db 5 x12 slow full stretch and complete contraction

Dip machine 4 x 10 ss body weight dips till failure

Tricep Rope push and sweep standing cable machine 4 x 20

Cable flies 4 sets for upper chest and 5 sets for full chest

Preacher curls 3 x 20 single arms ss w both arms

Cardio 2nite

Arms day ,biceps ,triceps and forearms (I'll prob hit calves as well)

I use the same idea I been using 1 bicep movement then triceps then forearms , doing a total of 4 movements each.

Hgh 5iu split into two doses

Pull ups [assisted] 20x 5

One arm machine rows 4x 12

Bent over bb rows 6 sets (new PR 335lb x4)

Pull downs cable 3 different grips 4 sets each movement x 12

Land mine rows 6 sets work up to 5 plates then down [start w 2 plates]

Meadow rows 4 x 10

Seated cable rows 2 different grip 3 x 12 each

Ended w 4 sets of preacher curls 12 reps each

Tomarow it'll be tren a time . Despite my experience regarding this compound I'm gunna just take it super easy 50mg eod, I used to start at 100mg ed so it's a bit of a difference. Just wanna see if I even ever needed as much . If I can get away w less then I'd rather not trash my lipids.

Tren is my favorite but I generally don’t run it higher than 400mg/wk. I have ran it as high as a gram a week but way to many side. Especially the nigh sweats. My wife got tiered of washing the sheets every day.

Good luck with your tren run. I take it easy with that stuff too. Well, only did it once, but I would still take it easy if I did it again
