I had an exceptional day of training . My waist is tightening up nicely and quad are starting to pop again [the rebirth has begun]giving me that x factor type of body.

Have any of y'all tried this crap from Blackstone labs "paraburn" it has t2 [yes t2,legal version of t3 ] and u eat it 20 mins before meals ughh I dunno if I'm a fan it's got me jittery AF.but I figured y not i have it it can't hurt [well prob not good for the heart]. If this is unacceptable per forum rules I apologize and don't mind if it must be edited. I have no affiliation with Blackstone, was just sharing my experience.

I love working back, unless I overdo it and can’t wipe my butt without cramping. But it’s a good indication of a great workout. Pain is temporary.

Thanks bro it is all coming together ,well at least I have the opportunity to get it all together . I'm a workaholic on the job and in the gym. I can't stand the thought of my family struggling or that someone is training harder [at least when I'm in the gym,cos I know there will always be someone doing more and doing it better]

But I really like the comraddary and positive attitudes I've met on this forum it's virtually drama free and for the most part people have been genuine with their motive. A true rarity THANKS FELLAS
