Sour patch kids would kill me. I sta away from the sweets because I hen I’m on tren I sweat my ass off with simple carbs. Not as bad with complex but still sweat. That’s part of the reason I run such a low carb diet.
I think the proposed should help along w probiotic . Tren bottlenecks the gi tract causing indigestion issues,maybe more fiber too . Also the sweets will def cause discomfort as I'm sure u know they are simple carbs . I think u are already taking the probiotic if I remember correct so maybe knock out the sweets at least eat less and add more fiber. You dontb even look like u are off the tren bro u have some great conditioning

Perfect added fiber, cleaned diet and using probiotic with digestive enzymes.
I will use prilosec and start it back with things all on track and cut out all sweets and juices and fruits

Sometimes it pays to be in better shape and a bit bigger,in the gym is one of those times,guys know u are not there to fuck around ...but I also really enjoy when I can share some of the things I learned about training so if I see someone really trying I ask if hey would like some insight (if they area cocky fug I let them just look stupid) not that I know everything but it's awesome when I do and I can share with confidence I'm not steering the. I don't know everything either. There is always something to learn. So many guys at the gym will research & workout for a couple years & suddenly they know everything! When I am working out though... I am more likely to help a woman with her form than anyone else lol. I will help or spot a fella too though, if he asks.

I get going with my music and workout time to time some trys to talk to me but I say sorry need my music and here to work in hurry I say!! Gotta get this on or muscle won't wear out!! That is it.

Also seeing your reps at 12 is this a consistent range you stay in or is this just part of you’re mixup?

Viagra is absolutely for the pump....it doesn't hurt for horizontal cardio either lol...

12 reps is a consistent thing I Do Go Lower Some Days w heavier weight.

Gunna be hitting back this afternoon and I'll post all the details after.
