Took YESTERDAY to rest ...

Today however will be back training...

So far I've eaten 1 meal of 4 whole eggs 4 whites and 1oz cheddar as well as a handful of raw spinach. 2 cups Oatmeal w cinnamon and Stevia

And I'm having as I type a yogurt and fruit smoothie courtesy of my lovely wife (who puts up w my training and ped use so long as I'm safe about it)

Unfortunately I'm pretty sensitive to estrogen side effects so it's AI for me all the way thru...
U doing great yourself.
I also will lower test going change tren to 75 and test to 50 Then test to 25 a day last week with TRT only
But will see. I have already ripped with 750 test wk and Superdrol only no ai!!
Really in an immune to aromatase in most cases but no chance with certain stacks

Same with me. Even on my trt I run an ai.

Had a great training session feel great and had 25 grams whey (premixed muscle milk) cos I had to set up my daughter's trampoline ,we waited for the insurance company to do their assessment first lol.

Now to eat 8oz beef grassfed and 1 cup white rice ...

Then pineapple and 10oz cottage cheese 4%small curd.

8 oz chicken 1 cup broccoli and 2 med sweet potatoes

2 hard boiled eggs maybe a Hershey bar

Tomarow my food is gunna be fukt up for sure .... I see pizza in the future lol.

I ask cause when I set up trampoline last was for daughter b-day years ago.
Now I Gotta take back down to move it to new place it's still next to parents spot our old place.

But piece of advice. I got some metal angle iron about 3 feet long.
I beat at 3 points into ground with sledge hammer at approx 22 degree angle.
Drilled hole at top.
Got good chain cut 3 pieces long enough to go around bottom frame legs.
Put chain around tight and passed
5/16-3/8 bolt with washers and used NyLock Nut!!

Anchor it down we had a wind blow Christman day trampoline ended up on someone's car.......

I did it that way above to be able to bolt or unbolt if I had to move it. And we have Hurricanes here so never had to worry again!!!
