Happy with that, not as gassed as last time and I think I still had another in the tank. I think I lost count so I may have even done 9.

Quit the last set at 6 due to discomfort in my right knee.
Picklicious: my mate has got a quote for a squat rack, bar and weights and should be getting it soon. I'm going to be supplying some extra weight (I lift more than he does), a safety squat bar and a few other bits n bobs. Give it a month and it will hopefully be a go'er.
Pingu: Yeah my bench is getting there. Estimated max is 175kg at the moment, but I doubt I could press that straight away. I need to get some practice in under a real heavy bar first.
