Deadlifts

5 x 167.5kg
3 x 187.5kg
1 x 215kg
I just couldn't get the second rep of the ground properly. My hips were shooting up way too fast. I think I might be a bit beat up after the last 2 weeks of training, my legs and back were aching when I woke up this morning. Also yesterday's conditioning work might have been a bit of a silly idea. I'll always make sure I have a full day off after conditioning work, I need to conserve my energy for teh big weights.

good session freako. deadlifts seem alirght and 120kg good mornings fuck a duck.

it hurts tho that u would not beat bulkys 215kg*3 its like my love means nothing to you and ud do anything to avoid it

I haven't written off a second attempt tomorrow morning. It depends on how much beer I drink watching the footy tonight. And since I just cracked my first beer I could be in for a long night.

Flat presses, I haven't done heavy DB shoulder presses for a while because they kill my shoulders. I probably should start doing them for high reps to help my shoulder stability out though.

Donkey fucking deload session...

Hit numbers for squat and bench. Did shoulder rehab. Then absolutely raped myself with a bodyweight complex. Only managed 2 sets before I nearly blacked out.

Resetting maxes today to correspond with increased cardio plan and possible dieting. Don't hold me to the diet though.

^^ Diets are easier than you think. Although I've never had an issue with willpower when it comes to food.

Are you resetting the maxes based on the calc or are you doing a max session (please be the latter).
