elaborate on ur every training day back scheme please. why + what?

is this the plan to tackle the root of ur shoulder problems?

going to be doing chins 4 times per week? :) Bet you cant get 200 reps in the week in less then 25 sets. ten bucks if you can get 200 reps in 25 or less sets next week (monday 22 to sunday 28). no max monster lying either.

What:
squat day - face pulls
bench day - 50 pullups, chest supported row
deads day - shrugs
mp - kroc rows, 50 pullups

200 pullups might be a fair way away methinks.

Did I say that? Well maybe I've changed my mind a little. I'm going to do them mainly for extra grip training, but a bit of yoke work doesn't hurt either. They may be superseded by farmers walks though.

great squatting mate, and solid benching as well considering that squats really drain your energy.
loving the battle going on between you and bulky atm hehe.

Cheers blokes. The squat was brutal but I think I'm definitely past that mental block I had. I've finally joined up at a new gym too. Lots of room around the squat racks, DBs to 70kg, 2 benches and lots of other big blokes. :drool:

Plans for today: 12-15 x bw+45kg dips
Tomorrow: beat Bulk's deads. :p
Friday: fail at MPs totally, just to make Bulky feel good.
Saturday: die
