lol @ curls indeed, i've included some sexy curls in my 5/3/1 too so my training partner is happy with the program. The trick is it's after doing fat-grip Kroc rows so we're pretty much fucked lol.

Nice deadlifting freako, you beast.

Actually he had left by then, the curls were all my idea. :p

A post-session update: I'm in a world of pain.

I went for a run today... well running interspersed with walking, gasping, lying down, situps, short sprints, more gasping and lying down.

About 45mins.

Hitler invented cardio. The lying down parts are great, try supersetting those with the gasping xD

That complex looks soul-draining indeed, especially at the end of a session. Mighty pulls and rows to boot!

Pulled again today...

Deadlifts
6 x 1 x 205kg
It was only meant to be 5 sets but I lost count briefly and did a 6th set to make sure. My body was totally fucked from running yesterday and my warm-up sets felt heavy so my form wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. Did these sets belted also.

5th set

Cheers blokes!

I'm contemplating being really insane and going for a 300kg pull within a year. It would involve some stupid deadlift specialisation and probably a lot of suffering, but damn it would be cool.

Seems good! The waves instead of a linear periodization might keep yout lower back away from overtraining in this program :thumbsup2:
