Way to remind me how much weight I've gained and how much my lifts haven't improved. :p

Adjusted goals would be: 195kg bench, 240kg squat, 280kg deadlift... or I could lose some weight.

you dildo, it wasn't supposed to make you feel fat or anything negative, just to motivate the inner freako. So that in a few months time I can come film you pull 300kg. :headbang:

My shoulder handled the CG bench pretty well, only slight stiffness afterwards. Hopefully I'm on the mend.

Just a quick pull today, low on energy and motivation...

Lower back and quads are still a bit toasted from Monday's sesh.

Sorry for the absence fellas, had to throw my mate a 2 day bender of a bucks party. Attempted my 5 210kg singles on Friday but only got 2 done, just wasn't feeling it.

Better efforts today...
Deadlift
5 x 220kg
I'm attempting to correct my deadlift form on heavy reps and I think I'm slowly getting there. Its not perfect but its better than my last 1rm attempt I'm pretty sure.

Then what followed was horrible...
A C*nt of a Complex
20 x 60kg squats/10 x pullups/20 x pushups/10 x hanging leg raises
Only managed 2 sets because I was left feeling like I was going to puke and pass out at the same time. I might try these again soon.

Going away for a week and I doubt I will be training so don't expect any updates for a little while. Laters.

It really must suck, if your shoulder feels discomfort even when doing floor presses, with that amount of weight. Any signs of healing? I recently started doing rotator cuff work as wel,l to prevent any problems in the future. Anyway, keep up the good work, Freak.
