Way to remind me how much weight I've gained and how much my lifts haven't improved.
Adjusted goals would be: 195kg bench, 240kg squat, 280kg deadlift... or I could lose some weight.
you dildo, it wasn't supposed to make you feel fat or anything negative, just to motivate the inner freako. So that in a few months time I can come film you pull 300kg.
