Your split looks very nice freakster. Your pressing strength is incredible, wish I could press as much as you!

I like the vids you post aswell, you'll get that 170kg in no time mate, you nearly got it then.

A1 denotes that its the first exercise in superset A. A ghetto GHR is an improvised glute ham raise. Kind of like this but with much less control...

The bench looked solid until the drift. I think you'll nail that very soon.

That was all I had that day but if I'd tried a different weight progression who knows, 240 might have been possible. But I'd have been kicking myself if I'd failed.

Just get a solid block and keep it in your bag, stick your hands in your bag to chalk up so they never see it.

In other news: I spotted a guy doing seated shoulder presses for 5 reps of 160kg, after he'd done a couple of 130kg sets of military presses. FUCK ME!

lol, you'll surpass me before long. I'll give them another go tonight as well to see if I can create an even larger margin.

Squats are heavy and plentiful, nicely done. Rest of everything looks great. I haven't watched your deadlift video yet but I will after I post this.
