Epistane Help

Good Day fellas :

im starting my first cycle of epistane - taking 40mgs a day.
my questions are:

1. how do i prevent acne breakout?
2. what type of PCT do i require?
3. any other info i should know?

ive read thru the forums and read about epistane here.

i just need to narrow it down abit more.

ps. i dont want to get acne lol

30/30/30/40

water
you need support supplements
saw palmetto
hawthorn extract
milk thistle


PCT - Nolvadex


but regardless of this information, do more research and don't jump into to quickly, without knowing what ur up against

thanks dridderz. im on my second day. i have lowered my dosage to 30. i did back this morning, heaps of endurance aye. i will be definitely getting those stuff!!

Nope not at all Epi works great as a stand alone...

Not true! The chance a gyno is there along with some shutdown. To be sure I would add some nolva but not over 20mg a day. Better safe than sorry

No A PCT is NECESSARY you might be able to get away with natural test boosters like the one by Gaspari Nutrition but I do not recommend risking it!

A lot of those products do not produce more test lack of science behind these products is an other thing you have to take into consideration. Just stick to the tried and true...

I was saying you do not need to stack it with anything else like the company says too...

As a base. Along with that I would add a liver detox sup, some ZMA and a test booster.
