Amazing body curl form and power. I love body curls, my legs, lower back and even traps feel awesome and get pumped, my biceps also get trained a little when I do these, so I never do body curls after back day.

Thats funny. The only good thing about his arms are his triceps which make them bigger. His biceps on the other hand suck.

Just watched it again. I guess you're right, it was kinda' hard to tell with the shirt covering. His triceps on the other hand are outstanding!

I think Too much weight to do nice the movement! ..but his genetics is unique!! ..
And "mr. calves" can do it ..and many more without stopping growing every day !!..god ..

His form is great for that much weight.

How do you guys know he doesn't do several easy light sets then one supa heavy set? As long as he's getting sets with better reps in, there's nothing wrong at all with this set.

As for "small biceps," probably bad genetics.

he was blessed with beautiful calves and small biceps lol, i do think his form was good i think what you guys are seeing is him titlting foward when dropping the rep, i dont think hes trying to boost his ego at all hes a super nice guy and imo i dont think hes cocky at all
