lol, bodybuilders don't normally care enough about guest posing to stay in shape.

Just look at Victor Martinez guest posing this past Saturday. Only one week after the Olympia and he already looks like he's in the middle of his offseason.

PJ has terrible skin genetics, skin plays a huge role with having deep insertions ad crisp lines
