no. I beleive his triceps tear was in the accident.. the mucle dettached completely from the arm.. it was haging of

IFBB Pro Frank McGrath has been making his way back up the ladder in the bodybuilding circuit after a near death experience. Banged up pretty badly from a car accident, it was very sure McGrath could ever workout again let alone compete.

Then, like the monster that he is, McGrath came back strong and hard with detailed muscle and shredded glutes placing 3rd at the 2011 PBW Tampa Pro.
Taking 2012 off to add size, you can see from the pictures below it worked out quite well for him. Added size with the conditioning we know he can achieve will make a top player at this years 2013 Toronto Pro.
