You can still do leg-presses and ab work but I can't think of any upper body work that you could get away with. Try to stay active in some way though. I turned into a right fatty when I broke my wrist years ago.
wish u speed recovery man. and like Ben said u still can do some leg and abs work. stay active is the key. even if you cant push any weight with your upper body.
I will Ben. Yesterday I read an article about immobilisation.
It said that if you can't train with your other side (left side in my case),
you should train with your healthy side because human nervous systems works that way.
Before I read that article I thought that if I train only with my right side my muscle balance would fucked up
but its better to the balance to train normally with the rigth side..
So today I trained my right chest, bicep, tricep and shoulder.
Tomorrow I have the surgery,
Im lil bit nervous about it but I kinda wait it because then it starts to heal .

It went pretty well miami . The broken bone wasnt humerus like I said before, it is olecranon. The surgery was in Wednesday and it went well. They put 2 iron nails and some iron wire in there. Im not sure when I train next time but I got so much pain right now that I cant train. Maybe next week..
