awesome work though, seems like your gonna increase the weights

Hypocrisy86, yeah that is really good when some guys helps. I hate that kind of assholes who doesn't help. Sometimes if u have helper u can lift more weights cuz u r sure that if u don't have power to lift the weight some one helps.

Today I got legs, short train again.. I did some recovery benching too.

Bench Press: 4x4x50kg (slowly down, fast push up)

Squat: 8x80kg + 8x100kg + 8x110kg + 8x110kg + 12x80kg

Seated Calf Raise: 15x60kg + 10x90kg + 8x90kg + 10x80kg

First time for a long time I did normal squats and actually it felt good. I felt better than yesterday but not good.

Glad the squats felt good. Again short but productive - squatting and benching in the same session is good work at any time!

Heeey Guys, Im sorry that I'm not updated my log, reason is, that I don't have too much extra time right now.. :D. Last time I went to the gym was last sunday. I will hit to gym tomorrow and then I put my 3 trains here. Put thats nice that u wanna here somethink about my train :), it gives me more power!!

Well, I am pretty tired now, but next week I have WINTERHOLYDAY!!! One week for hard training! Then I update my log every day, I'll promise that. Gym, downhillskiing, badmintton, swimming... :)

Hello guys! I didn't train yesterday but today I did chest and tris! Suprise suprsise train was short, and I did it with small weights -.-! Tomorrow I hit to gym too, maybe back and biceps.

Chest:

Bench Press: 4x5x60kg

Incline DB Bench Press: 2x10x20kg + 12x20kg ( 20s were the biggest dumbbells! lol!)

Triceps:

Seated Triceps Press: 4x20x20kg

Some abs...

Train felt good! Now I am rested and I got some power!!

Now I have winter holiday so I will update my log allmost everyday, so check it out dudes!

Thanks ironheart and Rocky. Yeah that really sucks that there is only 20s! :angrydude: but I train in here only one week, so it doesn't matter so much. I just have to do looong set or take some barbell shit. :)

Today I am going to downhill ski and play some baddminton.. :D I pretty sure I go to gym too and then to the SPA!!

Hehe, thx for support knight_rider. Sorry that I am not updated my log, I had some problems with my computer but now it works :D. Yesterday I did some back and bis. Today I did squat and bis :D.

When I came to the gym I looked that there is a nice brand new smith machine. But when I tested it I noticed that it was maybe the worst smith that I have ever seen. There doesn't have squatting place so it was only place where you can squat. Soo... :angrydude:

Yesterdays train:

Back And Biceps:

Reverse Grip Barbell Row:

8x60kg + 3x8x80kg

Some Back Machine (some row machine?):

10x60kg + 10x65kg +10x70kg + 8x75kg

Hammer Curl:

10x14kg + 10x16kg + 6x18kg Niiiice :D


Dumbbel Seated Bicep Curl: Dunno the name...

Smith Machine Squat: (MONSTER lol)
