I'm going to start doing more cardio now. I am no where near as fit as I was last year when getting ready for the army. I can't do those 2 hour workouts just yet. Maybe in a few weeks I'll do a 2 hour cardio session.

Right now, my cardio is 30-40 minutes. Usually either running or on the stair master.

I'll post my workout for today later on.

Yea, still going through medical hurdles.

I've just been doing a lot cross country running these days. I try and get to the gym at least 3 times a week for some weight training though.

Hello.

Long time since I posted in here. I still train and hope to still be fit in mid 2011 when I am eligible to re-apply for the forces.

Right now I have been doing a cut but instead of doing insane amount of cardio like I did in 2008, I have done 0 cardio and just focused on diet. I have a pretty active job and thats enough calorie burning.

I am finding it much easier to cut on a good diet and less cardio instead of an ok diet and loads of cardio.

I would like to get to around 150lbs and be around 3-4% BF then do a clean bulk.

Pics are horrible but I couldn't be bothered looking for my 11mega pixel camera. My web camera is only 640 res and has no flash. Don't need super high res pics anyway.

I'd like to get a little leaner... then try and put on muscle without getting fat.

Someone actually said I look ill today. Guess I am doing something right.
