I'm going to start doing more cardio now. I am no where near as fit as I was last year when getting ready for the army. I can't do those 2 hour workouts just yet. Maybe in a few weeks I'll do a 2 hour cardio session.
Right now, my cardio is 30-40 minutes. Usually either running or on the stair master.
I'll post my workout for today later on.
