Prize well it has gotten just a little bit dirty a hamburger here and there.

Rocky and Knight The boxs squats are great one of my fav things to do.

FLoor chest presses look nice, saw a vid of how those are done
looks like an explosive chest workout :D
also, that volume for both chest and legs not bad man, bet they were both pumped
gonna get Dridz quad wobbles

Don't sweat those last sets - those are some big lifts to do one after the other and still good weight for the ones you got!

Yea lion 200 was the hardest and then my weight kept going up so But now I just Need to get my bench up
