dude heavy ass squats!!! all the way down till you cant go any lower, also for hamstrings like everyone else said stiff leg d/l and theres this one exercise i do thats very old school i dont really know thw name but its great for hamstrings, lay down on a bench on your belly and have a partner put a dumbell between your feet hold it together and go all the way down for the stretch and up till your lega are at a 90 degree angle, hope it works for you. good luck
i do
rear squats - 5 sets
leg press - 5 sets (varying feet position)
leg extensions - 3 sets (drop sets - a certain weight then cut in half and continued)
lying leg curl - 4 sets
standing calf raise/ leg press calf press/ seated calf press - 2 sets each
