To be honest, i mean i know he's not tanned and the lighting ain't the best but his arms don't look especially shredded you know. Shape wise his arms are looking great and his legs look to be up to their usual awesome standards.

Around this time in the diet he should be depleting his carbs to almost/or completely nothing and decreasing his water. So he is looking flat but can not look to much into it. Cant wait to see the outcome. Wish we had some Ronnie pics.
