Wrote more on this matter here, but let me summarize: Jay Cutler hasn't trained hard for years now. He doesn't have to. He knows that the more he ages, the more he will have to adjust his workouts, because using heavy weights takes a toll on his joints and muscles. However, he still looks decent, even though he doesn't look like a pro bodybuilder anymore. But why would he start cycling heavy again? He clearly can't win a Mr. Olympia title anymore and he has already won 4 such titles.
