^^ I hate the bench press. I'd much rather train the Overhead Press :D

not bench press, BENT press ;) look it up
silly me....thats like a unilateral press + windmill combo....Looks pretty hard and with my shoulder injuries its a no no but I'm interested to see how it helps you. I am sure it would give quite a carry over onto all your other pressing for sure.

Well over a century ago it was considered to be the ultimate test of strength. I was always intriged by this exercise, certainly when Saxon pushed 130 kg in the Bent press. The bent press is a part of the "two hands anyhow". But for now on I will concentrate on this exercise.

Hey Lance, my height is around 178 cm. According to my scale I weigh 80 kg, so I have no clue wich one is right.

anyway I am on my way to squat some huge weights again. Thx for the support.

Ahh I see, just take whichever is lighter and then work hard to make yourself 80k on that one.

110 was light, I did 140 before, I almost died haha. No I am on my way to 20 reps with more than 150 kg. Have a special scheme for that.
