Strong one arm press! On the pullups do you use a dead-hang?

Your lower back must have a very good recovery with all the deads, cleans, hypers and goodmornings that you do.

very convincing session mate:2: as usual ur pull ups are insane. dips look great too. and also strong power cleans. keep it up!

@ Robert: hey guy thx for stopping by. I keep the reps very low so I don't feel stiff. And I use a complete movement on the pull ups.

@ Bulkbeast: hehe thx guy. Working on a 90 kg pull up and a 120 kg clean.
