awesome round buddy. great strenght all over the place. specially clean and jerks and front squats look strong!:2: also, as always insane pullups and chins.

Bench is looking stronger, considering all that overhead press work that you do. Pullups and chins are just ridiculous haha:thumbsup2:

this is the second time in my life that I am trying to do this. But now I have mirrors everywhere and I have safetybars in the gym.

I used to do one arm db press, lots of imbalance, excelent exercise!

What is viking press?
