Too damn boring for the viewer? Speak for yourself, buddy. Some people actually appreciate his videos and enjoy it such as myself. I like how he goes into the philosophy of things, too. He's much different than any of the other bodybuilders out there and it makes it really interesting. In my opinion, all other videos are boring because all the other bodybuilders basically say the same thing.

Sure as hell Kai was top 3, he was FAR better than Dexter, he outsized him, and was more conditioned.Next year I really hope he and Phil comes to battle it for the top 3in even better shape.Kai's attitude is great, fun and childish but also he can switch to focused and serious.
