Kai was really good, third at the arnold really emps up his status, he seemed really calm on stage anyone notice also, it was so f##% dumb about his posing routine getting cut, he defn' should have won the award, Melvin does the same friggen thing every friggen time, the little hand and to the side, then half goes back, its not even new and orginal anymore, WTF....Kai's the man, someone defn' needs to sponsor him like MHP or muscletech, and can we start settin' up Team Greene, for Kai, with a sick sig, or New York Gangster Vic and Kai, something, post pics of him here people...

Melvin was clearly robbed but Kai was the better man today, no doubt about it.

I have seen this same routine many times, he does little changes, but its practically the same thing every time. Kai had a much better routine IMO.

Kai's was very good and I even thought he may be a threat for the title at times but his routine wasn't anything progressively substantial either.

Uppercut was made by me as a joke and that's why there's so few members. You get the kind of perks when you call the shots.

I think he got pretty big, i didn't know much about him before
i do remember seeing a video clip of him and some other BB'er working out
he did db curls alt, but like 4 reps for each hand first then 4 for the other
weird style.

but then again, if he's still doing that guess its helping him alot!

i have to agree he looked razor sharp even on a par with phil, he has done great for himself and its crazy how well he has used his off season congratz to kai.. and thanks for the thread hope his routine gets posted soon

i had branch first but i know how the judges think so...
but kai before branch is quite scandalous.
his physique is certainly not pretty so why is he better than the bigger branch?

haha very funny Pain, thing is tho this guy is from the intercity, has essentially the ghetto and doesn't even have a car, his money is minimal so obviously if doing w.e. he did is gonna make him some hes gonna do it. and Wtf is Team Uppercut?
