Kai is massive, but he really is shaped like a sasquatch or somekind of ape.

MASSIVE gut on that last pic of Kai. I seriously hopes that it will be accounted for at the Mr. O - a gut like that can't be overlooked by the judges.

lmao essen, it is j the way kai is hitting the pose. Or kai was exhaling when the pic was taken, or he could of been transitioning from pose to pose. His "massive gut" appears stream line in every other pic, imo. Kai looks bigger and more cut up than joj and branch, but I don't think either of them will be a factor based on the AC results. Joj looks the same from what I can tell. And I am not sure if branch has improved, but these pics aren't very telling for either of them. The pics seem to center on kai.

Kais looking great__ he has made astounding strides towards physical perfection... His Hamstinga looking great, lower back is awesome as always.... his waist looks sooo much improved! I'd say he is putting Lee Haney's almost bursting-gut pic in the background to shame... Kudos on such a great achievement!

Good points... especially that his waist looks streamlined in every other pic except for the last one! A picture is worth a thousand words and there are three to prove you are absolutely right!

Kai really justifies the odd anatomical name of the hamstring muscles. His hamstrings actually look like Christmas hams.

... you gotta weigh the pro's and con's.... so your complaining about kais gut... but whats worse? Kai having a chance at the O by being freakishly huge for his frame with distention or kai having a small waist and being too small to ever having a chance at winning the O?
