Pulldowns: ultra wde grip on straight bar

200 lb , 11 reps (progressed from last week)
200 lb , 10 reps
200 lb , 8 reps

Reverse Grip row:

60 kg , 8 reps
80 kg , 8 reps
100 kg , 11 reps (stalled)

Rack Dead:

150 kg , 5 reps
160 kg , 5 reps
170 kg , 5 reps
180 kg , 5 reps
200 kg , 5 reps (tactical step back)

Barbell shrugs:

100 kg , 6 reps
120 kg , 6 reps
140 kg , 7 reps (progressed from last week)

Reverse flyes:

12.5 kg , 18 reps (progressed form last week)
12.5 kg , 15 reps

pretty good session progressed on a few exercises, would have progress on the reverse rows except i forgot to use my straps, so i did one working set of 11 strapless and then did another with straps and got the same reps, so i just logged one set of 11. i will improve it next week for sure but!


my russian powerlifting friend was making jokes about people asking him oblique advice in the gym, it was in pretty rough english, but the theme was universal and rather funny..........conclusion if you say the word oblique out loud your probably a homo!

^^^ its a good way of phrasing what im doing, if you come up with an alternative, please post it, its really for my own benefit, so when i look over it one day, i realise why my strength is going up and down week to week!

i dont really know what my RM is dude, i keep the reps the same for the 5 by 5 stuff, and just adjust the weight, but whatever, my log i'll do what i want!

p.s. maybe when you comment in peoples logs you could say something positive followed by your comical suggestions!

also im dipping 11 reps at my bodyweight, how many more before im out of 'self-ownnage' status.........im thinking 20 reps at my bodyweight of 116 kgs, but id like to know your opinion?

hahaha, yeah i guess that goes on a far amount, but for al ot of lifters its a pretty lonely sport, so its nice to have some encouragement and encourage others in turn........

20 reps , i'll make not and get back to you, if i can do it by christmas will make a positive post in my log, in fact.....how about if i can dip 20 reps, you can make a postive post in the first whole page of logs!

Arms and abs

BB Curls:

30 kg , 8 reps
40 kg , 8 reps
50 kg , 10 reps (improved from last week)

Reverse Grip Bench:

40 kg , 12 reps
60 kg , 12 reps
90 kg , 16 reps (pb, i think, improved by 2 reps)

Preacher Curl:

20 kg , 8 reps
25 kg , 8 reps
35 kg , 12 reps (stagnant, gay)

Skullcrushers:

20 kg , 12 reps
30 kg , 12 reps
45 kg , 15 reps (improved from last week)

Bench Crunch:

BW, 12, 12, 12 reps (soft, but i dont like to train abs hard cause they are massive from lots of heavy core lifts)

was a pretty good session, i really want my arms to grow as they, for the first time in my life, are small in proportion to my back and even legs.......i used to be all arms, but they have taken a back seat, just trying to get stronger, i know i will be able to move up to 100kg reverse bench soon, and once i hit that mark, i'll be adding weight in no time........

.....the biceps are going slower than i would like, but im not compromising form as it tends to be in favor of your ego rather than the tape measure.....

im toey, the mrs is cooking some indian curry, i like curry and i like exotic women, tonight i will eat both...................

also the mrs did the same workout as me today, and she was heaps stoked with her bicep and tricep pump, i think she has the bug, she has awesome form, and really tries to lift more weight every session, where going to the gym 5 times a week instead of 3 soon, so i mgoing to get her to be my training partner, whilst we do cardio on the in-between days! life is good

Dont worry about him bro, until we see some pics or see his workouts he can talk all the shit he wants and it will hold no weight... instead he will just look like a jelous wanna be who wishes he can do what you or I do. Keep up the good work :xyxthumbs:

If I get ganged up on by those who just support their friends by taking what I say out of context then that is fine. I know what I learned in school and that is all I have to say about that. On top of the fact that I have followed my logic and training methods and it has taking me way farther then those who " owned" me on the topics.
On another note, I didnt say anything about that. I questioned you on your training and your physique since you like to criticize to much. If that is the only thing you can bring up then I guess I still state my case.
