^^ They're both very good, and while Flex has the 3D look, Lee has the conditioning and size for a shorter bodybuilder.
Usually I prefer Flex, but in this one I like Lee's better execution of the pose.

Lee Haney looks younger here, probably around the time he won his first Mr O.

Arnold wins due to the vacuum, better arms and overall flow.
Lee would have been very close with his wide lats, vacuum and improved arms from 1991.
