i always do bi's and tri's last, arms are pretty big dont want to out proportion, figure just as a finisher

deadlifts are pretty great as well, especially considering you did Squats in the same session.

hmm i dunno, you mean just like how many sit ups i can do in 2 minutes? ill try tomarrow.

weekend wasnt bad :food-snacking:
next weekend ill be going to hilton head :D so this next week will be last for a couple weeks :(

Normally I'd smack you for only doing 10 minutes of cardio, but you are doing short rests between your sets, right? That'll make up for it a little.

yea normally i do at least 20, played golf this morning too so thats like 3 mile walk with 30lb bag on my back. but im trying to forget about that round....
i tried bumpin intensity up too, burned like 200 cals, normally do 350 in 20 min

-o and if i get new maxes i will be ahead of you, im like 8lbs heavier and repping my old maxes

Behind Neck Press hurts my shoulders just thinking about it :ughnoes:

inclines are solid for already hitting shoulders quite hard with presses and bench.

again, impressive dips towards the end of the workout even. Fine job Mr. Rage :gaygay:

solid session as always weighed pullups looking solid and bench looking good espeically for minimal break
