hilton head was sweet, beach was awesome, and weather good almost all the time, and strip clubs were good :coolguy:

only bad part was on drive back from hilton head i totaled my car, hydroplaned going 70 into concrete barrier and then gaurdrail, but thank god no one got hurt.

no gym around but ill have to start doing some situps and pushups in morning just to try and do something, relatives stuffing me silly out here.

Sucks about the car. My wife has a similar thing a few weeks back and ruined the car but fortunately she was alright. Glad everyone was fine in your crash too. Take it easy buddy.

Too bad about the accident, but it's just a car, as long as you and your family is alright its all good.

Dig in the food dude, gotta take it while its being served up, nothing a little diet can fix :xyxthumbs:

well i did end up working out on thursday, but it was pathetic. i just went to gym that was around the corner and it was insanely pathetic, no squat rack, no real pull up bar, biggest db was 70. i basically did full body of a bunch of random things to get a decent exercise in, but i was weak as hell.

i must have gained at least 10lbs on vacation, got so fat but food was soooo gooood. back to strict diet tomarrow and tons of cardio.
i dont have car to drive to gym so im going to just run to it, 2.5 miles and its going to be at least 90 out everyday:ughnoes:
getting scared for leg day doing this but o well, i need to lose vacation weight bad before i head to college on 17th :coolguy:

Nice work with the running, but be freakin' careful strapping up like that! I've overheated with just a t-shirt on in the middle of a shady woods. You don't want to collapse with no one around to help you :ughnoes:

That's not a bad session at all. Short rest periods, time off and not feeling 100% - not bad at all considering.
