yea i need to expand my repertoire i dont know many. i usually do sldl but my lower back has been bothering me so im staying away from that this week
next week ill hit hams and glutes hard :gaygay:

Let's see...you could try good mornings for hamstrings, but they might not be any better than SLDLs for your back.

Great squats, by the way. I did 185 x 20 last time because of you, now I've gotta up my game :angrydude:

yea my hams and glutes were still pretty sore today, lunges work em pretty good.
goodmornings hurt my back even more than sldl, but i think ill try them out more next time.
and i was thinking about doing 205x20, next time its happening so you better up your game even more :weightlifter: cause i know i need to to keep up with your deads and the rest of your upperbody work :weightlifter:

yeah that is pretty dam week, only 100lb DB's???? wtf is this world comiing to today....i know they go to the gym 5 days a week, i'm sure it will be kind of hard to miss them becuz they are twins......not very big guys but love the weights
