Lunges will hit his hamstrings, Chesty
That's just an excuse for people who are to lazy to do 2 exercises, it's like those people who say they put there feet higher on the leg press so it counts as both. Lunges are mainly for glutes and quads.

Tuesday 8/21
this session was bad
i was real tired, gym packed so couldnt get on anything, and i was just out of it

DeadLift
no chalk:gtfoslap:
315 x 5
335 x 4
335 x 2
hard without chalk for me, cant seem to get grip on it

everything else was bad
i think i got some decent leg press in, like 550 x 6 or so, and decent calf work.
today gonna go ball and hit abs, thursday gonna be good (it better) and friday i will bust my ass till i cry after this session

That's kind of how I feel about people who don't want to train biceps because they do rows. But I dunno, lunges make my whole upper leg sore...although there are much more direct ways to train your hamstrings you're right.

But since we're in your log, Rage :49: very nice workout before the deads, and don't worry about the grip...I have to use straps for anything over 275 :tear:

i mean normally i hit hams more, usually do sldl and deads work em too, lunges too. good mornings hurt my back to much.
and i think i will have to start using straps on deads, even though i dont want to because this gym has no chalk, at least until i can go buy some because i normally dont like using straps for anything except shrugs or sometimes db rows, i might have to use em on bb rows to :hhj:

Good sessions in here. I totally feel you with the grip on your deads. I use straps. Don't sweat it - ideally it would be great to be able to do it using pure grip strength but I wouldn't let my back lag behind because my grip wasn't up to it. Just incorporate some ancillary grip work to try and bring it up to par.

Wow big lifts in the one session - squats, deads, SLDL, leg press. Hardcore lifts indeed to do in one session.

Dam that's a lot of PB's man, well done. You gotta do those T-bar rows "In Da Corna" though.
