Those t-bars and rows are crazy good, Rage; the fact that they're two of my favorite staple-type back movements doesn't hurt either. Way to make the most of a crappy sounding situation:)

I hear ya. I have trouble doing the same amount at bodyweight when I gain 3-4 pounds. 60 pounds is something to be proud of :hsughr:

that wasnt all one session to clarify, just my PB from last week, havent had time to put full sessions in.

Bulk does sound like it's going well.
Big heavy lifts there - those pullups are ridiculous.

quick update again
been too busy trying to keep grades up, hard shit!
and drinkin so much, very hard!
but i been consistent in gym, but plateauing a bit so i think im gonna change my U/L routine, maybe to push/pull idk yet probably next year ill switch so that gives me time to talk to some people and make routine up.

i was able to get 335 x 5 squat, but my knee been hurting a lot recently :(
got 405x2 dead other day, pretty happy about that
and bench is about 225 x 6
pull ups still same, need to do something about that.
my complementary lifts are increasing though so im happy about that, like curls have been doing good, 45 x 7 db, and different exercises like that have been good.
i got up to about 178 weight but i deceided i dont like being fat, so im gonna get down to like 165 and stay constant bf around 9-10 see how that works out.

I feel you on the tedium of grades, as well as knee pain. Be careful on it and heal up.
Excellent progression in your various areas as well. I'd be happy if my pullups were on par with yours:tear: Keep it up, Rage:xyxthumbs:

well past few weeks ive been doing bodypart split high volume just for a change.
trying to lose some weight, was getting a little big so cardio at least once a day or so.
one of my friends tryin to convince me to compete at show in march, so im thinkin about doing that, have to make up mind quik though to get ready.
i think for the new year im going to get back to u/l split, i like that and i dont know really what else to do.

i had to hustle my ass in high school to graduate
gotta 69.6 in english 4, barely passed
i cant imagine how bad, horrible college is...
