i would to t bars in da corner but gym always so packed i would have to wait forever for a bar and room to do it, if i go and no one there i will though.
damn i did say i was gonna get more pics up of like poses, never got around to it and didnt bring a camera to college. maybe sometime ill be able to get new pics, but probably over like winter break or maybe thanksgiving, so that would give me about 3 months into my new 'bulk' to get big for new pics:gaygay:
did some abs today, not much cardio but some bball and always walking up these hills get me tired:weaksuace:

You've got a very strong back, that's for sure. The heavy work you're doing for the other groups should add some strength there, too.

well he didnt have much of a schedual i guess and yesterday only did bi's:dunnodude:

i havent really done much arm work so i figured id go lift some with him, just did some concentrations, high cable peaks, ez curls, incline hammers. felt decent.
today im gonna bring some of my buddies and make em do legs with me though:coolguy:

Some damn good lifts in those sessions. Big squats - both weight and the 20 repper!

Chins are supreme. Some great work all round.

Very SOLID leg session there rage!!! Incredible set of 20 rep squats, must have hurt like hell. Also, grats on the squat PB (always great to hit a PB on squats).

i was able to get into the weight room at dorm, but it is extremely tiny had workout was not great, but i made the most of what i had and it ended up damn good.

no pull up bar so i tried to do some pull ups on the door, wasnt great but worked a little bit i guess.

Got in tuesday but i forget all the numbers, but decent work kinda short

got Deadlift 375 x 5 :hsughr:
then some good SS leg press and calf press, and some good ext work
really really sore though, shoulder is killing me from t-bar, it like popped when i picked it up first time, and neck and traps hurting, so day off gonna just ball later and hit it thursday

Really strong back you have - t-bar and rows are superb. All the lifts are good. Did a good job for being limited by your dorm gym.

great session rageking, benchpress is strong and those rows are great too, 375x5 for deadlifts is strong mate, keep it up bud;)

ive still been gettin it in all the time, but no time to update :'(

a little update so far, had some good sessions past few times, yesterday wasnt too good but i wasnt really in the mood and had too much to worry about and exams to take
highlights were
monday- bench 225 x 3:hsughr:, t-bar row 6 plates x 6 :hsughr:
tuesday- squat 315 x 3:hsughr:

last exam of week today so hopefully i can get thursday and fridays up.
