Man just checked that Leg workout pheeeeew!!! that looks painful bro, way to blast those wheels.
As for that Back and Shoulder routine, man your getting those poundages up there nicely mate, keep going stronger and stronger, you'll look awesome.

Hey BigBen, thanks for the Flex Video bro, can't believe how much I look like him, except that he is bald, black, bigger, more symetrical, leaner and taller, but man apart from that, if we were in a crowd it would be hard to pick us apart. Na honest:e5dunno: stop laughing.

Tweak - Geez! Demand, demand, demand! Just kidding, brother. I like you and the rest of the guys setting goals for me or telling me what you want to see me do because that makes me want to push even harder in the gym. Dumbells go up to 130 which I have a feeling I will be able to handle on a lot of exercises soon so I'm definately looking forward to that. As for my grip, I was a little suprised that it was slipping so much today because carrying furniture has definately improved my forearm strength. Maybe I'll start training forearms as well to compensate (size for them is not a problem) in order to really step up my big lifts.

Hypo - Thanks bro, I love doing deads so you'll see them doing nothing but getting bigger and bigger, and like Tweak said, 500 pounds by the end of my bulk would feel incredible. My grip strength should return shortly and as I told him, I can always train them if it actually becomes a problem.

Pumba - Man, it was painful in the gym during those leg and back sessions but now that I trained three straight days hard and heavy I'm really hurting now. Thankfully today's my off day so I'll rest it up and eat a ton and be ready to hit the gym tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by, man :2:

MM - I appreciate it bro, but you ain't seen nothing yet when it comes to deads! Stay tuned, muwhahaha :spy:

Update: 8.31.06 - Feel sore as hell today from head to toe but I'm also looking very swole and full so I'm hoping all this is just a sign of good things to come. Thankfully, today I am OFF! If I'm still feeling this sore tomorrow I might take that day off as well but hopefully my chest and arms will be up to another pounding. Also, my chest session following this one will probably be the first time I weigh myself since being back to the gym and have started bulking. Thanks for stopping by everyone, hit 'em up!

TO - Gotta do it big when you're bulking. Thanks bro :2:

Flex - Yeah bro, it's draining as hell but I'm really trying to do everything 2x a week because my body does recover quite quickly once I get used to training again. As for my deadlifts, they're off the floor :weightlifter:

Amped - Thanks and that's awesome you got your tickets. I need to talk to my roommates to see if we can bum his car before I buy mine, but I do plan on going too!

BB - Wow, Ben. I'm honored that motivated you a bit, it means a lot coming from you especially :yarly:

Quick Update: Today I trained Chest and Arms (and abs) with my workout partner but I'll have to post it up later tonight or tomorrow morning. I may take tomorrow off and train legs on Sunday because they're still brutally sore from my last session, but we'll see.

Wow!! Colossal work Line. Huge Deads and Rows, simply stunning work rate. It's not going to be long before a 200lb Military Press is being crushed either. Supercharged session Line, totally inspiring.

I get this feeling you're really enjoying your sessions mate, coz on paper, they're looking brilliant.

Evo - Thanks brother, the DB rows felt great and I had an incredible tightness and pump and in my lats after my last set there. With each deadlift I did I made sure to really pull and contract my back as fully as possible. These weights should be doing nothing but increasing once I get back into my rhythm. 200 pounds on Seated Military Press is a big goal for me but to be honest I really want to put up 2 plates there. Thanks again for the comment, I always enjoy reading your kind and inspiring words here.

Yesterday's Session: I trained Chest, Arms, and Abs yesterday again with my workout partner fairly late last night. I was a bit dissapointed with my strength as a whole but, then again, I'm not a patient person and want to be back to 100% as soon as possible. Still, I felt great after everything was said and done and I threw in some forced reps and some drop sets to really kick things up a notch and prepare myself for the hell to come.

Giant Set #2 and #3 - Same as first set

As usual, I stretched each bodypart as I finished them and then headed out. I felt great but at the same time was slightly dissapointed with some of my numbers and hope they improve soon. Today would be my leg day but they're still sore as hell (damn you Front and Regular Squats!) from last session so I'm just going to relax, watch college football, and hit legs hard tomorrow. That's it, thanks for reading everyone

Insperational session "again", the volume coupled with the poundages is really the stuff that defines how you grow, keep up this kind of training bro and man you can only get BIGGER!!!

MM - Thanks, bro. Hopefully those chest movements can grow even more as chest thickness is something I'm trying to improve upon :2:

Amped - Yeah, I'm a fan of high-volume work. And yes, bring on Notre Dame, baby!!! (party at my place next week :spy:)

Pumba - Your posts means a lot to me bro, and getting bigger is exactly what the name of the game is. Right now I'm definately feeling heavier than when I got here and my bodyfat is almost identical. Trust me, I'm well on my way!

FF - LOL thanks man but I'm really not that dissapointed with my weights, I just thought I was capable of more. I'm just an impatient guy when it comes to getting my strength back after a layoff; I'll be throwing around some heavy-ass weights soon enough.

Rocky - Sterling, eh? I like it! Glad you had the time to stop by, Dan. I'm so glad to be back in my home gym and, as Evo said, having that "home" feeling is motivating me even more than normal.

UPDATE: Yesterday my legs were sore still so I rested, ate, and watched college football. Today it's full-out go time! Legs later today, expect something like last time but with heavier weights and more calf work. Stay tuned everyone :weightlifter:

Leg Dayyyyy! Felt pretty good going into the gym yesterday but had to wait in a 20 minute line to get in. Oh well, got in there and blasted out a leg session that I thought might end with me lying on the gym floor unable to move. I went up in every single exercise from last week whether it was reps or weight so the session was a success...now walking today...that's another story. Hollaaaaaaa...
