Hypo - Thanks bro, my bi's have always been a strong point but I never really tried to push my strength with them until recently. I figure I've got to get stronger if I truly plan on hitting 230.

Leg Day! Is there any other day so grand? Well, yes...but today wasn't so bad. I took it a bit easier on myself volume-wise by definitely up the standards for weight and intensity for myself a bit.

Leg Ext (every squat rack was full so I warmed up here first)
Set #1 - 95 pounds x 12 reps
Set #2 - 125 pounds x 12 reps
Set #3 - 155 pounds x 12 reps


BB Squats...tried to go heavier today :weightlifter:

...that's it for today. I'm pretty happy with my session; certaintly not my best but my numbers are still increasing and I feel great. I was a little pressed for time today so I didn't do quite as much work but still feel I did a good job blasting my quads. Next session I'll probably back off the heavier weight a little bit and include some higher reps. That's it guys, thanks for reading :wave:

wow another great session. i got in alot of work for a guy being pressed for time. ur squat numbers are massive. and those one legged presses are freakin impressive.

first I have to comment on that huge chest and arms session. Your inclines are freaking amazing, and doing those dips so damn heavy, you have just inspired me to hit 100 for 8 next week, just for you. Shit man tricpes you have huge weight, those skullcrushers are outta this world. Then hitting heavy ass biceps!! :eek: truly inpsirational session

I just kept picturing Flex Wheeler pumping them out as I did each rep! To be honest, I'm really not worried how strong I'll be in a few months, just how big :D Thanks for stopping by bro!

Damn bro, that's one huge leg session. Monstrous squatting and leg pressing Line. Reading this is just the fuel I need for my leg session on sunday! Massive congrats on the P.B's too mate. Looks like you've really earned them. Fantastic work Line.

Strict form with that movement and you should be fine!! Its one of the truly forgotten exercises that yields great results!!:weightlifter:

UPDATE: Hey guys, I didn't get much sleep last night so I slept on and off most of the day and didn't get to the gym. My training partner couldn't workout today anyways so I guess not all is lost. Tomorrow Penn State plays Notre Dame and we're hosting a big party so I probably will wait and hit back and shoulders on sunday. Thanks for reading everyone; I'll try to get around to your logs. Brilliant stuff Line - seriously, every session you are pushing youself past your boundaries as is evident by the well earned PB moniker. Onwards and upwards you go, pushing harder and reaping the rewards! Huge leg press and squats there! Keep at it as I know you will, but don't increase your dip weight by too much or I'll have to hurt you! :)
