Tweak - Yeah man, I recently made a slight change to my grip on front squats and it's gotten much easier to balance the bar so I'm hoping my weights only go up from here. As for my leg-presses, I'm really gunning for that 1,000 pound mark and will hopefully hit it for a couple of reps at the end of the month :weightlifter:

MM - Thanks bro, I'm really liking the front squats and my quads are definintely feeling it today.

Evo - The funny thing was, I was pissed at myself for not putting up the 920 pounds for a sixth rep but shortly after that I was very glad I did because I would've thrown up without a doubt! I appreciate the concern of my minor war-wounds and will keep you and everyone else updated on my healing progress.

BTW, I love that word "Linetastic" LOL. Thanks for posting brother, always a pleasure to read :2:

Fisty - Thanks bro, my legs are definitely getting there and I can attribute some of that to front squats. Hopefully I'll be putting up three plates soon because I know you will if you start doing them!

UPDATE: Alright, well I woke up late and had a lot going on today so I got to the gym close to closing time and banged out a quick session of Back and Calves. I don't know what it was but I was feeling it today and put up some good weight. Hope you guys enjoy...

...that's all she wrote for today. Generally I do back with shoulders but just couldn't because of time constraints today. Still, I was very happy with the weights I put up and can just hope to improve them even more from here. My food schedule has been like clockwork and I'm really shooting for 210 by the end of the month even though 205 is much more feasible. That's it guys, thanks for reading. Hit 'em up! :weightlifter:

Absolute gravy Line. Huge Evo congrats on those P.B's my friend. Those Hammer Strength Rows have been totally fragged. Two P.B's one after the other is brutal mate. Awesome work on that back of yours brother, those rows are something special too and you didn't leave the calves out either.

Linetastic once more buddy!! :xyxthumbs: Total domination.

Tweak - Thanks my bulking bro, doing my best to add as much thickness as possible to my back to really blow away the competition on stage next summer. I want it to be "lights out" when the time comes to hit back shots! Always glad to see you comment bro, but leave my chicken calves alone :tear:

Chesti - The good news is that the 130's were a personal best for me; the bad news is my gym's DBs only go up to 130. Looks like it's time to work on upping the reps :weightlifter:

MM - Thanks brother, gotta row big to grow big :xyxthumbs:

Evo - Of my workout was Linetastic, I wouldn't settle for anything less! LOL

I appreciate the congrats on my PB's, to be honest I felt like I was putting up an "Evo-esque" session the way I was blasting past my previous barriers. Take care, brother :2:

UPDATE: Trained shoulders tonight. Didn't really feel that strong and I couldn't get to half the DBs I wanted because they were being used, albeit improperly, by a group of guys who weren't up for sharing. Oh well, I still put in what I feel was a good session and will post it up later.

BB - Expect bigger things to come...and no, I don't have party pics :spy:

Tweak - Yeah bro, a group of guys were using them to do shrugs but it's no big deal because today wasn't the day for them anyway. Maybe next week ;)

FF - No worries, bro. I'm glad you were able to stop by today though. Thanks for the compliment :2:

CC - Thanks bro, you may be bringing sexy back but I've actually got a sexy back :gayaway:

Chesty - LOL, a few years ago man I would never have imagined using the 130's for rows. It's amazing what bulking foods and the support of friends can do for you. You'll be hoisting them eventually, I'm rooting you on! :2:

FF - The Hammer Strength Shoulder Press machine is a little weird sounding but it hits the delts really well. You actually sit on more of an incline than straight up but you push the weight up and back on the same plane. Here's a pic for you:

popupfullhammerstrengthhsilshldrpress01copr3.jpg

Tweak - My bulking brother, I've always had pretty good traps but carrying furniture for an entire summer definitely helps with both shrugs and deadlifts which in turns produces awesome traps. When my traps are pumped it seriously looks sick these days, almost to the point where it looks like I'm "on" something. Thanks for the compliments; I'm looking forward to putting up the 100's in the next week or two. Even if I can't get a spot, they're going to go up, trust me! :weightlifter:

BB - LOL, you and Tweaker are so damn demanding! Without a doubt I'll keep hitting it up (sorry for ruining Tupac for you, BTW)! So far I know I've gone from 192 to at least 200 pounds but at this point I think I'm even heavier than that and my BF% is still between 10-12. Looks like this is going to be one productive bulking season but it's only going to get harder from here on out :ughnoes:

Thanks for the comments everyone. Like I said, today is my off day but tomorrow you're going to see a heavy-ass chest and arms session like you haven't seen from me before. I promise :xyxthumbs:

Until then, hit 'em up! :weightlifter:

Not 100% sure on competing just yet. I did see pics of the winners from last year and there's no doubt in my mind that I can easily out-condition them and still appear bigger on stage as well. However, it comes down to a financial thing. I'm going to start multi-tabling poker online soon to get my bankroll going and I also might make a trip to Atlantic City this (and other) weekends for more cash. If I can make enough at the tables (which is highly likely if I commit myself) then I will definitely compete because I won't have to worry about a physically taxing job and preparing for a contest at the same time. Thanks for posting bro :2:

No problem man. My funds are starting to come around thank God. Since I cut out drinking it's insane how much money I save. I didnt realize drinking all weekend costs so much money.
