Jesus Christ Line! I mean there's improving and there's taking the piss. I'm only away for the weekdays yet when I come back and look in your log it's as if I've been gone for a couple of months such is the surge in your strength gains. Hitting PB's like nothing and the weight is rocketing. You must be enjoying yourself, and with lifts like this it's easy to see why!
Fine work my man.

BB - Yeah bro, I really didn't have that second rep in my mind until the first went up so easy. We'll see how hard I can push my limits during my next session!

Tweak - LOL at your whole post, except the part where you called me Smithers! Thanks for stopping by my bulking bro, but there's no way in hell I'm slowing down on inclines anytime soon; gotta stay hungry. As for the 315 bench...plan on seeing it next week ;)

Rocky - Always glad to see you stop by on the weekends and I'm sorry for not stopping by your log often enough. Yes, my weights are going up at a great rate and I'm enjoying every minute in the gym (well, not every minute) and I'm really looking forward to stepping on the scale to see how my weight's improved there too!

Papi - Didn't you read: "100% Natural; Hard Work!" :spy:

MM - Thanks MM, I'm hoping to get all my numbers to where I'm happy with them and then throwing in some higher rep sets with some heavy-ass weight. Hopefully it'll just be a matter of time my friend :2:

BB - You weren't kidding about me being lazy with my genetics! LOL. I'm the Cormier of MM :spy:

Fisty - Just take a look down a bit and see ;)

UPDATE: Had a couple days off because my training partner's been really busy and I really wanted solid spots on my heavy leg day. My sleep cycle is still weird as hell but I'm eating great and I can't wait to get onto a scale. Today felt great and it was the first time I ever attempted to do hack squats. I also reversed the order of my hamstring exercises and did them with a bit higher rep-scheme than normal to get a nice pump in there. Here we go...

Date: 9.25.06

Location: PSU White Building

Set #4 - Setting #10 x 8 reps

...honestly, I'm feeling great right now. I like hacks but might look into knee-wraps to see how far I can really push myself. My back has been feeling better and I had no discomfort squatting today and it felt great to blast up 450 with good depth. When I was doing hacks, I was really concentrating on getting a good ROM and feel I can go heavier next time. That's it for now, until next time, hit 'em up! :weightlifter:

Storm - Thanks bro. My gym's pretty well equipped but I've been afraid to try them until now. They felt pretty good but I need to look into knee wraps because I really want to put some weight up there. Glad you posted :2:

BB - Wow Ben, it means a lot to me bro especially because we basically feed off each other's log for motivation. You know I'm going to keep hittin it hard!

MM - I appreciate it bro, I want to step on stage next summer so I've got to get those legs as thick as hell. Hopefully those hacks will go up drastically and who knows, maybe I'll get a 500 pound squat in during this bulking season :weightlifter:

Tweak - LOL again man. Your posts always crack me up a bit and I'm always really glad to see you post again and I'm not going to be satisfied at all until I kick your ass in hacks! I'll try to get on a scale sometime soon; possibly tomorrow after my shoulder session :D

FF - Thanks for caring about my back problems and posting here. I really appreciate it bro :2:

Fallen - Who you calling "kid" bitch? LOL. Just playing bro, but to answer you question I have no idea what those weights are for hamstrings but I know they're right on par with what I do for leg extensions so they're pretty balanced out from a strength standpoint. Glad you posted bro.

BB - If I had the patience to find and post a middle-finger smiley I would :D

UPDATE: Today was supposed to be back and shoulders but I had a fairly busy today (and there was a lot of good TV on) up until 11 o'clock so I hit the gym fairly late and only got back done. It was far from my best session, probably because I'm feeling fairly sick (head and throat) and ate right before training but I tried to make the best of it. Here we go...

Date: 9.26.06

Time: 11:15 pm

Location: PSU White Building

Meals Before Workout: 4

Duration: 35 minutes :eek4:

Back
Pulldowns
Set #1 - 150 pounds x 10 reps
Set #2 - 195 pounds x 10 reps
Set #3 - 225 pounds x 6 reps
...a bit too heavy
Set #4 - 210 pounds x 8 reps

BB Deads
Set #1 - 225 pounds x 8 reps
Set #2 - 315 pounds x 8 reps
Set #3 - 365 pounds x 8 reps
Set #4 - 405 pounds x 3 reps

DB Rows
Set #1 - 100 pounds x 10 reps
Set #2 - 120 pounds x 8 reps

...that's it for today. Like I said, I really didn't feel well at all today but I'm just glad I was able to get to the gym and put up some decent numbers. Hopefully tomorrow I can put in a shoulder session worthy of this log, and you better believe my next back session is going to mop the floor with this one. Thanks for reading everyone, hit 'em up :weightlifter:
