CC - Thanks, bro. To be honest I think the funk has a lot to do with the O results. I know that sounds silly, but I've used Ronnie as motivation to fuel almost all of my workouts for the past few years. Something just doesn't feel right when I step into the gym now, and I'll be damned if I'm going to start watching Cutler videos before working out! LOL

Fallen - I haven't had elbow pain before this so I'm just assuming it's something mild and I probably didn't warm up properly. I appreciate your concern and I'll do my best to get my motivation back on track.

Tweak - I actually thought abut trying to toss around the 120's for 6 reps or so but was so fatigued already, probably because of the flu/cold I was getting over. I appreciate the comments though man, but like I said, I was less than thrilled with the session. If anything, I got a nice pump but next go around we'll see something far more heavier and more intense.

UPDATE: Sorry I haven't been around to all your logs, will do so again later tonight. For the first time in awhile I've been busy with school but that should subside soon. I'm actually going back to bed now because I only got an hour or two of sleep last night but I wanted to get a meal in quick. Later today I train legs with Glex. Until then, hit 'em up :weightlifter:

well damn line, u were sick but u still manage to get awesome numbers, those db flats are kick ass. all ur numbers are lookin big. glad to hear u are doing better, and hope everything goes well.

UPDATE: I'm feeling a little better and got to train legs today with Glex. I've been sort of down but after the Olympia results to be honest because I've looked to Ronnie for inspiration for almost all my workouts for the past two years. Still, today I dug deep and decided if Ronnie's not going to give up, I should still give it my all. I know that sounds kind of lame, but I needed to motivate myself somehow. Here's what came out:

Meals Before Workout: 3 (I slept most of the day...after class of course)

BB Squats
Set #1 - 135 pounds x 15 reps
Set #2 - 225 pounds x 12 reps
Set #3 - 315 pounds x 12 reps
Set #4 - 335 pounds x 12 reps
Set #5 - 225 pounds x 25 reps
...yeahhhh budday!

One-Legged Leg Ext.
Set #1 - 50 pounds x 10 reps
Set #2 - 80 pounds x 10 reps
Set #3 - 110 pounds x 8 reps
Set #4 - 110 pounds x 8 reps

Hamstrings
Seated Hamstring Curls (16 total settings)
Set #1 - Setting #6 x 15 reps

...that's it. Getting sick sort of sucked but I had Glex lead the way the rest of the workout and I managed to put together a solid session. The high reps on squats is something I did because of a slight ache in my knee. Let me tell you, those things did me in. The last set of 225 x 25 was absolute hell and I could barely stand afterwards. Oh well, gotta bulk those legs up if I'm going to step on stage. hello buddy i just thought i stop by and see what my friend and arch nemesis has been up to and i tell ya that leg workout is one of the most sickest things i have ever read,especially them squats i think im getting sick just reading about it and 25 reps(!)with 225 holy shit thats all i can say

so to summ this up Line = a brutal sick and strong as hell bastard :weightlifter:

oh and if you wan't motivation how about a few jay cutler vids :nana2:

Line, nice leg session man. Sorry I havent been able to stop by as much as I used to. I will try to work on that. Those squats were nasty until the drop set with 225 lbs. That was just insane man. You gotta get those legs big, the bigger the legs the bigger the rest of the body has to be to catch up. Get them big and everything else will fall in place. Lookin great man, hope to see your next leg session when you are feeling 100% better!

Fallen - All part of the game, brother. I just ate a ton of extra food post-workout to make up for it and my legs are certaintly feeling it today.

Palmetto - I haven't measured my legs but I can only assume they're growing. My strength there has gone through the roof and they're certain to look great on stage once dieted down. Glad you posted bro.

Pegasus - I appreciate the post bro, and as for the contest, it'd be the first week of July. What it comes down to is my financial situation and what kind of job I have at the time, but I'd really like to get on stage this year. Glad you stopped by :2:

Awesome effort my friend, if your having a "multi-colored laugh" after squats, your doing them really well, Arnold would be proud of you brother.

Titan like resilience to get up and go hard again as well. It should be Inspirational to all that read that workout, well done mate.:weightlifter:
