Pumba - Screw Arnold, I'm training for Ronnie! LOL I'm only kidding, I'm really glad you go to post here, it does mean a lot. After getting sick I let my workout partner lead the way and he did a great job of pushing me the rest of the way through. I've got to give credit to him.

Tweak's really been pushing me to press the 100's and he pushed himself last week with his DB rows so I knew I had to step it up for him. Also, the big man Ronnie himself is still my main source of inspiration and I was thinking about him throughout my entire back workout (regardless of what his looks like now). That's it guys. oh, btw...last Saturday I got 405x10 on BB Shrugs, not Power Shrugs, just regular BB Shrugs...so I expect you to put up some weight to beat me there too dammit...thats your new goal, I wanna see you smash 405, you cant let me, somebody not nearly as massive as you be stronger then you :no: DO THE DAMN THING BABY!!!

Pegasus - Thanks, bro. Usually I do run out of steam a bit during my workout but something just felt right that day. I'm glad you were able to stop by and I hope you start a log soon.

Fisty - I've had those damn 100's in my sights since the middle of summer and to finally put those up was a huge mental breakthru for me.

Tweak - Sorry bulking bro, went home this weekend and just relaxed and ate as much as I could to recover. I weighed in at 206 Sunday before coming back here.

Chesty - Thanks bro, in past offseasons I got too heavy and could not do chins for reps but I'm trying to stay leaner and really focus on strength during this bulker so I'm really happy with the weights I've been using. Glad you posted :2:

Well today I felt fairly weak (too early?) and my wrists were bothering (too much porn?) so I took it fairly easy when it came time to do arms. I also included DB skull crushers (one DB in each hand lying on a bench) in order to balance out some slight asymmetry I have between my triceps. I know this one session won't cure it but I may start doing more one-armed movements in general to see if things get balanced out. Anyways, here we go...

Line your wokout was looking great bro, i know rest was very minimal bt sets if that only took an hour bro. Amazing work, just think if u went heavier and took longer breaks but less sets :eek4: youd be GINORMOUSLY strong! :skurred:

Weights are all looking awesome man, low rest and perfect form and still your weights are high bro!

good session man, hope th school work don't get in th way of u'r trainin. i just got assigned a huge ass project to do nd then hand in after easter, i know its gonna fuck me up, but as u'r boy ronnie say's "you gotta do what u gotta do". about th log, man i dont go in with a specific plan, i jst go in thinkin of a few things that would be good to do nd th for th rest i do anythin, i dunno what weight i do, jst as long as its heavy nd i'm left breathless at th end. i jst came back from my shoulder workout nd i have no clue what weights i used for most of them. but keep up th good work, i'm keepin an eye on u'r log everytime i log in, so i'll be postin here from now on :xyxthumbs:
P.S. if u don't have wrist straps, get them, when i go really heavy i tie them so hard blood can't get in lol but its awesome for preventin writst injuries nd pains.
