So Glex had 7 hours or so worth of engineering homework to do (or so he says) so I'm training solo today.

Yeah, that was a lie. It was more like 12 hours. :disgust:

We'll hit up the gym soon.

Thanks Ben, but I have to confess that I do use a belt for deads and heavy squats. Had back problems when I was a senior in highschool and even through my back out last year (doing T-Bar Rows LOL) so I don't want to take any chances. I also want to pick up my own belt instead of borrowing the gyms and also get some knee wraps. My weights are going up and I'm feeling great but the last thing I want is an injury holding me back.

Damn fine work Mr Line. Great work on those PB's - nothing short of impressive throughout nothing stands out in mind purely because it all does! Exponential growth my friend.

Ive ordered from them twice and their customer service was great. Once u break in the belt you will fall in love with it man. The only way youll have to replace it is if u lose it i know guys that have had these kinds of belts for 20 plus years bro.

BB - Thanks for the kind words brother and also for the advice on the belt. I might have to put off buying it for a little while but I'll definitely have one wrapped around my tight waist in the near future LOL.

Pain - I know you're not a log person so it's good to see you in here boss. I appreciate it a lot.

Rocky - Thanks, Rocky. I'm always happy to see your posts on the weekends...you might even say I look forward to it more than going out with the ladies :bowhay:

Damn your sessions are incredible! But ill comment on your most recent session. Your numbers are really good. Thats very impressive you can get 405 on deads without the straps! Really good shoulder work to. I train back and shoulders together also, I like it, it actually allows me to push my hardest on shoulders. Keep up the good work!

I want to see those bb rows improve and surpass mine dammit

Your deads are amazing, especially considering those are strapless, thats a mans grip right there (I hope you read this Palmetto :hay:)

T-bars in the corner are awesome as well, then you smashed your shoulders beyond belief. Spectacular work done as always Joe :spy:

FF - Thanks bro, hopefully my grip strength gets even better so I can add even more thickness to my back :xyxthumbs:

Paulie - Haven't seen you around in awhile and I'm very happy to see you post here man. I also really appreciate the kind words and I'll definitely be giving your log a look as well :2:

FlexC - Welcome back! I'll be putting up some more reps on those deads soon.

BB - Took two days off :ughnoes:

Tweak - You've got some breathing room for BB rows for now because I'm really focusing on form with them. That being said, I will surpass you soon enough, so don't worry :hello:

Pumba - Yeah bro, I would have never thought of using a belt or straps or knee wraps but the farther I'm advancing the more I realize I need them for further growth and safety. Always glad to see you post here :xyxthumbs:

UPDATE: Took two days off to recover and will hit chest and arms later today. Thanks for everyone's comments; see you later today.

Tweak - Just look below ;)

Flex - :49: Glad you...I mean I...posted. LOL

TODAY'S UPDATE: I was originally goign to train chest last night and arms today but I opted for another day off. I was flying solo today and the gym was packed so my exercise selection was a bit limited but I made the most of things. I also incorporated some fascia stretching and let me tell you, it was absolute hell. I was always skeptical when I was reading how painful it was but it's seriously no joke and I even have a high threshold for pain. Here we go...

Chest
Flat DB Press
Set #1 - 75 pounds x 15 reps
Set #2 - 90 pounds x 8 reps
Set #3 - 110 pounds x 8 reps
Set #4 - 110 pounds x 7 reps
Set #5 - 120 pounds x 4 reps
...first time trying these so I guess it's a PB
Set #6 - 75 pounds x 10 reps

Hammer Strength Iso-Incline Press
Set #1 - 90 pounds x 15 reps
Set #2 - 180 pounds x 10 reps
Set #3 - 200 pounds x 8 reps
(plus a few partials)
Set #4 - 90 pounds x 15 reps

...60 seconds of Fascia Stretching...

Triceps
Straight-Bar Pushdowns
Set #1 - 80 pounsd x 20 reps
Set #2 - 130 pounds x 130 reps
Set #3 - 170 pounds x 8 reps
Set #4 - 80 pounds x 12 reps

Two-Arm Overhead DB Ext.
Set #1 - 75 pounds x 10 reps
Set #2 - 85 pounds x 10 reps
Set #3 - 95 pounds x 7 reps

...60 seconds of Fascia Stretching...

Biceps
Alt. DB Curls
Set #1 - 30 pounds x 10 reps
Set #2 - 40 pounds x 10 reps
Set #3 - 45 pounds x 8 reps
Set #4 - 30 pounds x 12 reps

Rope Hammer Curls
Set #1 - 80 pounds x 12 reps
Set #2 - 100 pounds x 10 reps
Set #3 - 60 pounds x 20 reps

...60 seconds of Fascia Stretching...

And that's all she wrote. That Fascia Stretching is seriously hell. The funny thing is, you know you look like an ass doing it but after about 20 seconds you're in your own little world and you just want to get through it. I didn't go to extreme measures with it but it's something I'll definitely keep in my routine for a bit to see what becomes of it. That's it for now, thanks for reading and until next time: hit 'em up :weightlifter:

Routine looks good line. Whats our honest opinion of fascia streaching after trying it bc i was thinking about it for my calves training bc they are unproportionate as are i feel my bis are slightly unproportionate. I think im going to try it to bring my lagging bodyparts up.

Hit them hardcore sessions upr bro!
