Sorry guys. I ran into a two-week long spell of depression which I'm over but now my schoolwork which I put off has piled up. So, even though I'm feeling better I still need to get caught up and basically decided a two week break from the gym wasn't such a bad idea. I really appreciate all the comments and even those that just come in and read without posting and I promise I'll have some updates for you soon. Also, I'll do my best to post around the site in the next few days so I'm looking forward to interacting with all you again.
I don't have time to right now, but I put in a workout yesterday with Glex and will update it later today. Thank you all so much for your support; it's great to be back.
Alright, I'm back officially now. I can't thank you guys enough for the support. Last night I trained back/shoulders with Glex and I decided to take things really easy because I have a tendency to do too much when coming back after a layoff. I took about two weeks off total so here was how I held up on my first trip back:

Overall you can tell I wasn't going all-out with my workout but it felt good to just get back and get the feel for training again. My right wrist and hand hurt from this weekend so I opted not to take on any exercises that really involved me cocking my wrist or any that calls for more than average grip strength. My sleep schedule is still a little fucked so I'm not positive whether I'll get to the gym tonight (just woke up and have some schoolwork to do) but I'm definitely getting there tomorrow to train chest and arms with Glex. Thanks for reading everyone, it's great to be back.
Lucky for you, you have snapped out of it, I'll cancel my plane ticket now, and save the ass kickin for a later date loooool, good to see you going hard bro, concentrate on the schoolin though, it's important.
Tweak - Glad you were the first one to post here and thanks for the warm welcome back to log section. The wrist felt okay during my last two sessions but I really don't want to push it so you'll probably be seeing me taking it "easy" for a little while yet.
Pumba - Chesty and Peanut told me you were going to fly here to kick my ass so I didn't want to take any chances.
this is the first time i've posted in your log and from what i've seen from your previous entries I'm impressed. even though you were takin it easy you still managed to put up some dam respectable weight...look forward to following your progress back to your usual strength
Mak - Glad to see you posted in here and welcome to the wonderful world of Line. LOL. I'll be sure to check out your log too bro and I really appreciate the compliment.
