sweet nector of Elijah!

CRAZY HARDCORE session Line. Squats and Front Squats are freaking unbelievable, thats a shit load of weight. Same with that mighty leg press of yours. Stars! AHH! I love when that happens, except I'm pretty sure that means your about to pass out lol, but look at you, your hardcore self pushed for two more reps after that. Shit man you went up in everything too!!! awesome Job Line, hardcore as always.

20 minute line? pffft, just flex once and they should let you pass by :yarly:

FF - What can I say? I'm a pretty hardcore kinda guy! LOL

I actually am going to back off the 275 pound front squats for a bit and slowly work my way up to that point instead of just jumping up that high right away. I feel that by the end of the season I'll be putting up 3 plates but there's no reason for me to push myself as foolishly as I have.

Palmetto - Yeah, bro I can definitely put up 400 for a single or double and you'll probably see that next week. My confidence is sky-high right now and I love doing a few lower-rep sets towards the end of an exercise, especially right now to boost my strength for "phase II" of my bulk.

Tweak - I really appreciate the kind words, brother, because I'm really giving my sessions everything I have. Yeah, I was pretty close to passing out I guess but it didn't matter man, I needed to push through it because I wasn't about to be crushed by 800 pounds.

As for the increase in everything, it's seriously something I expected and something I will continue to expect from myself until I reach some personal bests; I'm accepting nothing less from myself.

Brother Q - Don't worry about not being around, I know you're a busy man but to hear that I'm inspiring someone like you is truly an honor. Thanks for the kind words both about my session and my family.

UPDATE: Feeling pretty good today and will be training back and shoulders a little later tonight. I woke up kind of late so I'm trying to cram in some food to catch-up with my meals. I'll probably focus more on width today but there will still be deadlifts and other heavy-ass compound movements :weightlifter:

Ben - LOL, I rarely use Hammer Strength Equipment (although maybe you shouldn't look at my session today :spy:). You know I'm all over that bulk, brother, no worries there! :weightlifter:

Fistacuffs - Wow man, thanks; especially coming from someone as mighty as yourself. Gonna do my best to keep my weights up!

Well everyone, today I got to the gym a little late because I woke up late and was tired. I had a fairly good session and increased the weights in everything again so hopefully I'll be at my all-time bests soon.

...that's it guys, I felt great leaving the gym. My strength felt good and is getting closer and closer to where it needs to be. Tomorrow I have off from training and then on Wednesday I'm hitting up Chest and Arms again and I'll also weigh myself to see how I've been progressing. To be honest, I have no idea where my weight is at but I'd like to see about where I am as I enter Phase II of my bulk.

Thanks for reading everyone

Line, those deads are amazing. Keep doing them man, those are the mass builders without a doubt. Quick question, what does "phase II" of your bulk incorporate? I'm curious and anxious!

Tweak - I can always count on you for posting something great and motivational in here. I took it a little easier on my back and I guess you could consider this workout a bit more "width oriented" than usual for me but it was still pretty brutal. I promise I'll do chins again for my next session and if I'm feeling good I'll even add some extra weight :2:

...as for the 130's...we'll see... :spy:

Chesti - Actually, I did use straps but they really aren't long enough and they slip sometimes. I might just look into chalk because I have done that much before without straps. Glad you posted, bro.

Peanut - Thanks for the comment on my strength. I really started doing BB rows not too long ago so I'm really focusing on improving that lift (can't have a back too big, right?). Those 100 pounders should be up and pressed in no time. It was actually funny because I haven't worked out with my lifting partner in 4 months and he said to me yesterday, "where the hell did this come from, when'd you suddenly get strong enough to do 90's?" LOL

Palmetto - My other Bulking Bro! Basically I stole the whole "Phase II" thing from Vic, but it might mean slightly different things to us. I took more than two weeks off completely before I started my bulk, so right when I started I had to readjust myself to 1) training heavy again, 2) eating wayyy more than I had been, and 3) getting used to carrying around extra weight. As soon as my body seems to be in perfect balance with my program, that's what I'd consider Phase II which means higher weights, more food, and more intensity. I also may switch my split around a bit in order to concentrate more on a couple focal points but as you might have noticed, I'm doing more work for some areas, namely the ones I want to improve.

UPDATE: Today was my first day of class and I only had one, a Nutrition Class, and I actually feel I already know more information than the semester will cover. Other than that, I'm just going to rest up today and, of course, eat big. Tomorrow is chest and arms and I'll get to check my weight for the first time since starting my bulk. I really have no clue as to what it is (if I had to guess I'd say high 190's) but I feel considerably thicker than I was at the start about 10 days ago. I love being back! :weighlifter:

Massive poundages from the very top to the very bottom Line, supercharged performances all the way buddy. Awe-inspiring sessions. if I'm gonna pick a couple of movements out, I'd say that those deads and shoulder presses are looking mighty and your squats (front and back) are a simply breathtaking.

Huge calf work too and an A* for the P.B. Nice one mate.

Evo - Thanks brother. I've really worked on getting those weights up and I'm really-really working on bringing my calves up to par with the rest of my physique so my PB there felt great.

FF - LOL Glad you made it around to posting again and I promise that next time you stroll through here you'll see even bigger numbers.

Amped - Yeah, back's always been one of my stronger bodyparts both in terms of physical strength and development, but hey, can you really have too great a back? Thanks for commenting bro :2:

Well everyone, classes have started for me and my sleep schedule is shit. I slept for one hour last night and couldn't fall back to sleep (I managed about 3 hours total before my 8am class). I took two naps during the day and felt tired and shitty before my workout but something happened the moment I stepped through the gym doors; it was like I was transformed. Take a look...

That's it for today. I actually decreased volume but increased all my weights and I truly do feel great right now. The workout would have been much shorter had there been no waiting for equipment but I don't mind at all if it means I'll have workouts like this. As for my weight, which I planned on posting today, the scale at the gym is busted so we'll just have to "weight" and see what it is when I finally do get to use one. Until then I'll just keep eating a ton and training hard because I can tell by the mirror that I'm on the right track. Thanks for reading everyone. Hit 'em up! :weightlifter:
