Nice dumbell rowing.

Good effort on the military pressing! The hardest part is getting the weight up to shoulder level ,right? Well when I go heavy that's the case for me.
When I attempt my max in the press the whole issue is getting the weight up to the shoulders.

Good to see your ego doesn't get to you on the side laterals, looks like that's the right kind of weight.

Tweak - I'll be putting up 225 soon, don't you worry. It's just a movement I haven't done in awhile. As for the rows with 120's, you know the dilemma I face with gripping those weird-ass dumbbells of ours :no:

Chesty - LOL as always! As for the reps on the DB rows, it was a combination of slightly more rest and a better grip. I also sorta stopped myself on the first couple sets but wanted to take the last one to failure.

Scoular - Right now I'm 21 and somewhere between 212-215 pounds. There really isn't a working scale anywhere that I have access to on campus (funny because our campus holds 40,000 people) but I'll be able to weigh myself when I go home next week. Also, for shoulder pressing, I'm lucky enough to be able to do them in a power rack and adjust the safety bars so that the weight starts just below my chin; making them easier to do. Props to you on having to get the weight off the floor first, that gives me a lot more respect for your presses. As always, I appreciate you stopping by, means a lot to me, bro.

Fallen - Yeah bro, I hate having to rush through my workouts but I prefer it so much to working out early in the morning. Thanks for the compliment on my Military Press, hopefully we'll be seeing that for two plates soon.

Okay, well classes are done for me until mid-January (good news). I still have three final exams to take but they really shouldn't be all that bad. I'm really looking forward to going home and spending time with the family, as well as working out with my training partners from High School (sorry, Glex). My sleep schedule has still been fucked as hell (I slept from 4am-11am yesterday, then slept from 6:30pm-11:30pm last night, then from 5am-8am this morning) but I managed to get a session in after class. ...and that's it for today. It was weird training so early in the morning (and after such a weird sleeping pattern) but to be honest I felt pretty good. I actually took my bicep work a little lighter than planned because my right bi feels strained and the IP joints in my left hand are bothering me for some reason (probably too much time on the computer), which is why I didn't do fascia stretching for biceps. Oh well, overall I'm happy with my numbers, and glad to be back on track.

Those inclines are quite suprising, maybe you just werent mentally there because those numbers aren't even up to my level, what the hell was wrong with you :no:

Excellent Hammer Strength Dips afterwards, why dont you do bodyweight dips though, for triceps that is? So you could attempt to show me up? :spy:
Db Skulls are looking great as well, great tricep strength after hitting chest so hard.

Nice bicep work and I know what you mean about the joint being sore from being online too much :tear:

We need to find a hobby :tear:

Tweak - Not sure what was up with the inclines. I think it was a lack of food and a lot of working sets for bench before hand. You'll see me crush them next time though. Always glad you posted...you can spot me anytime you want, I better just not get a penis in my face while benching :xmasohnoes:

first off good work Line as usual.....those are some crazy sleep sessions bro........ don't worry about the inc dbs its probably b/c u didn't have a spotter (all mental) I very rarely have a spotter but when i do all my #s increase. congrats on the PBs bro it always good to better this time than u were the last time.

Nice heavy work on that chest. Sucks without a spotter doesn't it! That's the trouble training at home for me.

Your dips are very good too. Just noticed the pittle stick man, hah!

Comon, please don't be dissapointed with the dumbell benching. 90lbs dumbell benching is great, especially on incline!
Why don't you alternate next session and get the inclines in first.

What are your arms? 17/18 inches?
