Great chest & tri session but more than that those pics are excellent. The thickness in your chest and traps , indeed your whole upper body in that most muscular is seriously impressive. MM - Yeah, the job is wearing on me a bit and it's hard work but soon I'll get through it and be able to move on and get more serious about BBing. Traveling only really bothers me because I feel I can be doing something more productive, like eating! LOL. Thanks for the kind words about my pics too, my arms have always grown pretty quick but you can't really have arms that are too big, you know, and if I'm going to have a freaky bodypart arms aren't a bad thing to have

Tweak - LOL, pics of the wheels coming soon, all I can say is that they're there so don't worry! Haven't gotten around to training them yet because I definately took a load off and relaxed this weekend. Hopefully tomorrow won't be too too bad at work and I'll hit 'em up and then get some pics.

Rob - Appreciate it man, glad to see the sexiest man himself (South of the US ) is giving me compliments. Right now I'm weighing in the mid 190's and trying to hold onto every once of strength I can until I'm done working and can bulk.

Rocky - Big compliment bro, it means a lot; it truly does. As far as being proud of myself, I am but still want to be so much better than I am. I know I was born with good genetics so I want to work just as hard as anyone else to make the most of it. Glad you posted here, hopefully I'll have more time to get around to yours and everyone else's logs because it's support like that keeps me going.


QUICK UPDATE: Today I took it easy (read: was hungover) and spent time with the family, ran errands, bought a car, and celebrated my cousin's birthday with some fine liquers and cigars. Overall a good time but tomorrow I'm headed for a crushing day at work; absolute hell. Hopefully I'll get home in time to train legs. Thanks for reading up guys, your compliments mean so much.

As far as competing goes, I'm hoping I don't have to move furniture again next summer (though they're begging me to come back) and if not I might do a comp then and if not the following summer

bomb - Thanks man, thickness is something I plan on adding even more of in my next bulking season, specifically in my chest. As far as stats go, I know my waist is around 31-32", my arms are over 18" pumped, and my weight is in the mid 190's but flucuates so much because of work.

mvsf1 - Yeah bro, wouldn't it be great if I could sip 18 year old scotch, vanilla cougnac, and apple brandy while smoking expensive cigars everyday? Well...I guess I could...but I wouldn't have this body or the money I do LOL. Thanks for swinging by bro

Evo - Yeah, I had a blast this weekend but that came to a hugeee hault on monday and they're literally killing me at work. I'm perserveering though and hopefully will be able to give you guys updates and progress soon. I need to get back in the groove I was in but the next two weeks of work are going to absolute hell.

Pickle - Thanks bro, right now I'm trying to just hold on to any lean mass I've got because I'm carrying furniture and moving houses 6 days a week and only get to eat like four times a day on work days. So I'm just maintaining right now and then when I leave for school next friday or saturday I start bulking biggggg time. Thanks for posting here, I'll be sure to get around to your log

T.O. - Thanks for the props on the session and the pics. To be honest I probably won't have a session that good until I get back to school but I'm not going to just accept that fate. I'm still going to work my ass off and give it everything I can in the gym...and my thumbs up pose is the best at MM; expect much more of it in the future


Quick Update - 8.15.05 Yooooo! Tough last two days at work, the company is literally screwing me out of half of the money I could be earning and the hours are long because they're giving me supervisor-type jobs but with shitty helpers. Anyways, the worst two days of it are over and hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm back working with the owner/opperator who pays me much more on a job so even if that runs long I won't mind because I'm making sweet-ass cash-money! I was going to do legs but to be honest the last thing I need tomorrow is sore legs on a Load and Delivery so I may do Back and Shoulders. For legs I'll probably hold off until Friday or Saturday because I won't be working this weekend.

Hey Everyone...


Because work has been taking such a toll on me lately (I'm moving furniture 6 days a week now and have been averaging over 10 hours a day the last two weeks) I'm taking a week and a half off (total) until school starts. That's a week and a half off from everything, including dieting and eating properly in general. I still eat fairly well, but right now I'm just trying to get by and have enough money for school.

I go back on Saturday so I'll probably end up updating my log that day or the next. That's also when I'll be starting my bulk.

Sorry for not giving the rest of your logs the attention I should, I'm just too busy and too far out of the bodybuilding mindset for now. I talked to my friend and training partner back at school and his dieting is going well and he's looking forward to hitting the weights with me again. I plan on leaving him dead on the gym floor
