Thanks bro.Just started doing MPs again and those weights are actually easy for me.
No nothing broken its just irritated and i just need to take it little easier with heavy benches and dips for now.Had a same problem last year..

Started to feel little sick after my heavy set so decided to skip fronties +leg press and went straight to leg extentions, curls and ab work.:shakefist:
Dont know what it was ,but feeling better allready..

Yeah I should of followed ur log more but im following it now. Its good you can keep your colarbone pain manageable. Your big weights are an awesome site in the log part of the forum.
