worked ou at home again his morning.
Close grip bench 5 set 12 reps failing on last 2
dumbbell skull crushers 3 sets super set with band kickbacks.
Barbell curl 3 sets 12
dumbbell curls seated incline 2 set 12
hammer curls 2 sets 12
really never did an arms day, always included them in the push pull days chest tri's, back bi's, and s on. But I liked this arms only day.
30 mg t-bol prior to workout, will take 30 more later
10mg nolva.
food for the day
meal 1 whey shake
meal 2 2 wole eggs 8 egg whites and 1 cup oats
meal 3 protein shake
meal 4 chicken breast 8oz, and 1 large sweet potato. green veggies
meal 5 chicken fajitas 3 with wheat wraps
meal casein shake.
I need to eat more veggies, I'll add more.

I use dumb bells in my house all the time.
I also go do garage set up.
I do combo workouts with dbs in house little circuits with music loud.
It's awsome!!!

Today was a cardio day, just did my old school nordic track ski machine form45 minutes, sweating like a mule.
Food for the day. Low carb because no lifting.
Meal1 8 eggs.
Meal 2 protein shake
meal 3'chicken breast and salad.
meal 4 and 5 turkey chili.
Eagles win and it will have been a great day.
back in weights tomorrow. Can't wait.

Yes I really like Dumbbells keeps me ballanced . I have some weights. 305 lbs only weigtnset. Only bench with incline. It sucks for barbell Incline because of the rack position, the bar is above and behind me, can't do it with out a spot. So Dumbbells only for that. And just like muscle mechanic said with du elks I can just move from one movement to another quickly .

Check out this bench I have in garage.
I go to gym too and have BodyMasters
Circuit Trainer gym set on my trailer in our shop I never unloaded and set up. It was given to me.

But got this one from Sam's 12 years ago for $950.
Squat rack, Smith Bar, reg Bar 45lb, prolly have 450lbs in weight u had my own too, had 750lbs but brother took some, it has pec deck, high cable cross, 2 push down cables, and seated low row.

That's a nice bench. Mine is just a basic bench with incline. Doesn't have all that extra cool stuff.

Thank you all very much. No offence at all. Thank you all for your input, I'm always trying to learn. As far as Muscle Mechanic goes, he has and continues to go way beyond for me, all the time. I could never pay back his kindness. I think I just try to listen to the expert and do everything I can to live up to the kindness.
