Slow and steady best way with blast cruise TRT regime. That is to be able to do it rest our life without health negative.

Good morning. Back and bus later today.
Bent over barbell rows 5 sets 8-12
Lat pull downs, 4 sets 12
Seated high pulls 3 sets 15
Barbell curls 3 sets 10
Seated incline db curls 3 sets 10
Hammer curls 3 sets 8-10.
Can't work out until later but it will be like that.
Food.
2 whole eggs 8 egg whites 1 cup oats
Meal 2 protein shake
Meal 3 turkey chili 1 large sweet potato
Meal 4 shake
Meal 5 turkey chili
Meal 6 casein shake

The fat is killing me. Don't turn 50 !!! I will beat this fat . Also I did 45 minute tread mill walk after lifting. Hope it helps.

Right now 400 test cyp, raising to 600 ( a buddy of mine said 600) 500 mg mast e and 60 mg t-bol every day. same buddy said drop t-bol and add d-bol at 30 mg everyday. So that is going to happen. I also have tren ace and more coming. But didn't start that yet. It's all I can afford so I will have to bust it extra hard and eat. Thank you.

Yes sorry that was my last shot doses, for Wednesday, I forgot to post was doing that 2 times per week.
