Good morning. Thank you. Only about 16 weeks left. Decide to or decide not to. I've decided to, any of you old guys out there, even some young guys who are waiting for something to happen so you can begin, just begin, let that be the something. I'm 50 I get up at 3:00 am everyday to workout. I don't have to I GET TO. Thank you all for the compliments, It's great that I look ok for 50, I'm going to look great for 30. Buckle up boys!

dumbell bench 4 sets 12reps last set 3 drops
incline dumbells 4 sets 12 reps last set 3 drops
flys 4 sets starting flat and upping incline each tme each set till failure
shoulders;
overhead barbell press 4 sets 12 reps
front side and rear raises 10 reps each done as a set 3 ses of that.
Tricepts
close grip bench 3 sets 2 reps last set rest pause until spent
overhead dumell xtensions 3 sets 12-15 reps = failure
kickbacks 2 sets till failure each.
25 mg d-bol 1 hour before lifting.
Food;
2 whole eggs 8 egg whites 1 cup oats 1 banana
meal 2 protein shake 1/2 cup oats
meal 3 turkey breast sweet potato, salad
meal 4 protein shake after lifting (see above) shake will inlude honey strawberries and blue berries
meal 5 casien shake.
I just notied a small lump just above nipple. I am using .25 mg aquadex every other day, and 10 mg of nolva every day. I was going to up adex to .50 every 3rd day. I don't know if i should do anything with nolva or if it will help.
